4.5Microns B-Grade BOPET Film: Cost-Effective TTR & Lamination Base

While maintaining the core physical properties of polyester, our B-Grade series is optimized for high-volume production in the Barcode and Fax ribbon industries. This grade offers a balance between industrial-grade performance and economic efficiency.

B-Grade film typically features the same thermal resistance as A-grade but may have minor variations that do not impact the final transfer quality in standard applications:

• Barcode Ribbons (Wax & Wax/Resin): The 4.5um B-grade is the industry standard for shipping labels and retail tags where high-speed throughput and cost-per-print are key.
• Fax Thermal Ribbons: Excellent heat dissipation ensures the film does not stick to the thermal print head during long transmission cycles.
• Lamination Base: Used as a thin carrier layer in multi-layer flexible packaging or protective laminates for paper-based tags.
• Textile Transfer: Suitable for heat-press applications where graphics are transferred from the BOPET carrier onto fabrics.
Processing Benefits for Converters

Note on Storage: To maintain B-grade integrity, rolls should be kept in their original polyethylene wrapping until use to prevent edge damage or dust accumulation, which can cause "pinholes" in the final ribbon coating.
